By placing an order on the Elysian.co.nz website you agree to and accept the terms and price specified on this website. This price may include delivery and other applicable charges, which are always clearly stated at the ordering stage.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
By accessing, browsing or purchasing using this site, you acknowledge and agree to our terms, conditions and any relevant disclaimers.
Elysian reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained in these terms or conditions at any time. Elysian reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by Elysian, but paid for, will receive a full refund. Other refunds will be given at the discretion of company management.
There may be occasions where we have to decline orders for some reason. These may include the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description or image posted on the website, or an error in your order. If we are unable to supply the particular product you require, we will immediately contact you and inform you of the date of availability, making sure you get it as fast as possible.
As with all exchanges of goods, your Elysian order will only commence when you have fully paid for the goods. Once we have received payment, we will confirm your order has been accepted via email.

The information on this website is provided for general information only. Elysian has provided this information for the benefit of users in good faith and with all reasonable care. Errors and omissions in this information may occur and Elysian does not accept any liability for any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly result from any opinion, information, advice, representation or omission contained on the Elysian web site.
Our return policy is you have 10 days to return an item from the date you receive it. The item to be returned must be in the same condition that you received it. If 10 days have lapsed since your receipt of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 working days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, such as if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our carrier for shipment.Cost of shipping your package will be determined by the pre-tax, post-discount value of your order. Please note, all shipping details are in business days.
While we try our best to ship all orders on the next regular business day , orders may take slightly longer to process due to demand or size of the furniture. We ship to all NZ provinces and territories. The shipping address must be a valid address.
To return your product, you should ship it to:
Elysian Furniture 109 Ruebe Rd, RD2, Pukekohe, 2677, New Zealand.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will have the shipping costs deducted. For return shipping, we can arrange pick up and shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of this return shipping will also be deducted from your refund. We will pay for the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (e.g. sent an incorrect item)
If you wish to ship the item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Since in this case we are not responsible for the shipping, the onus in on you to ensure the returned good comes back to us in the same condition sent by us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 4 days of receiving our acknowledgement and inspection of the return, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We don't collect or store any of your credit/debit card details as these are securely processed by the authorised payment gateway (e.g POLi).
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax currently 15%). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
